Eugene Cester
Managing Director
Eugene is a multi-skilled lawyer, commercial adviser, designer, developer, director and owner of several property enterprises.Renowned for his hands on, innovative and solution driven approach to all aspects of commercial activities, his career spans more than 35 years within the property sector.
Eugene’s vision for the future of SDA is heavily influenced by his regular consultations with key stakeholders in the sector. These are critical in assisting Leben’s executives define a promising future with an emphasis on quality, innovation, leadership and above all integrity in delivering appropriate and participant driven housing solutions.

Aidan O’Connor
Operations Director
Aidan has been in the development and construction industry since 1988. He manages day-to-day operations and Leben’s processes, including project costing, builder contract administration, cash flow and finance reporting, and tendering. He plays an integral role in overseeing all accounts, payroll and employer obligations.
Aidan’s expertise as a senior financial and commercial manager comes from his extensive experience in corporate reporting, project management and knowledge of integrated development systems.

Jimmy McGrane
Design Director
Jimmy has been in the development and construction industry since 1990 and as one of Leben Homes’ four directors, oversees all of the estimating, tendering, contract management, project management, design management and development management across every project.
He is highly experienced in design management, value engineering and value management throughout the contract award and design development process.

Danny McGrane
Operations Manager
Danny McGrane, a seasoned professional in construction and development management, brings over 15 years of industry experience to the table. Recently, he has broadened his expertise to specialize in the delivery of health-related developments and services. Danny’s passion for human health led him to spend the past five years immersing himself in the discipline of Health Science. He is currently advancing his knowledge in Exercise Science, with the goal of becoming a certified Physiotherapist.When the opportunity arose to collaborate with Leben Homes and the SDA sector, Danny embraced it with enthusiasm. The SDA sector demands effective interdisciplinary communication, a skill that Danny has honed through his unique blend of career experience and education in human health. This combination equips him with the necessary skill-set to successfully navigate SDA projects.

Wayne Peters
Development Manager
Wayne has thirty years of commercial property development and development management experience working with various property developers within Melbourne CBD and surrounding suburbs.
He is an exceptional development manager with experience in delivering over 1,200 residential apartments and townhouses (19 projects), commercial office and industrial developments, SDA and health related assets covering all facets of development to delivery of the final product.
