It's all happening at Leben Homes! Our Traralgon Specialist Disability Accommodation is well underway and our Darwin Specialist Disability Accommodation is not too far behind.
The foundations have been laid, the walls are up and we're moving full steam ahead, with completion expected Spring 2024.
What To Expect At Our Darwin Specialist Disability Accommodation
Our disability homes aim to meet and surpass the SDA Design Standard with the comfort and convenience of NDIS participants at the forefront of our designs.
Our Darwin Specialist Disability Accommodation is no different. This special project includes two carefully designed single-story disability houses. Each house has two bedrooms, a room for On-site Overnight Assistance (OOA), a spacious family-dining area, a separate living room, and a large garage for parking and storage.
These industry-leading residences accommodate for High Physical Support, Fully Accessible & Improved Liveability specifications and incorporate specialised features to cater to Bariatric participants.
Each home has been thoughtfully designed with private courtyards and spacious areas to easily accommodate moveable beds. Our innovative layout ensures quick and safe access between the houses, prioritising the wellbeing of both NDIS participants and caregivers.
